Interior decorator and property consultant.
Marta began her professional career in 1999 in Valencia, where she trained and developed as an interior decorator, carrying out various major refurbishment projects for different companies. In 2005, she founded Estudio Gallent on her own, a sign of her passion for art, decoration and design.
Two years later, she moved to Madrid and expanded her services by entering the property sector as a “personal shopper”. Later, she completed her professional training as a consultant in one of the most renowned property agencies.
In 2016, she founded Espaciodoble, uniting all her passions.
Nuria Vizán
Founding Partner
Architect, Master in Business Administration and Property Consultant.
In 2003, Nuria began her professional career as an architect working with various architecture firms in London, Athens and Madrid. In 2010, she decided to complete her technical training with a Master’s in Business Administration. With this new business approach, she joined the technical department of the Spanish hotel company, Room Mate. In 2014, she entered the property sector with the international agency, Engel & Volkers, gaining valuable experience as a property consultant and contributing the added value of her technical training.
In 2016, she founded Espaciodoble, with the great satisfaction of being able to balance all the facets of her life as an architect, mother and businesswoman.
Nuria Vizán

Consultora inmobiliaria, Arquitecta y Máster en Business Administration.
Con más de 5 años de experiencia profesional como Arquitecta en Londres, Atenas y Madrid, decide complementar su formación técnica realizando un Máster en Business Administration. Con esta nuevo enfoque empresarial, se incorpora al departamento técnico de la empresa hotelera española Room Mate. Posteriormente, se vincula al sector inmobiliario trabajando varios años en Engel & Volkers. En esta agencia internacional adquiere una experiencia muy valiosa como consultora inmobiliaria, aportando el valor añadido de su formación técnica.
En 2016 funda Espaciodoble, vinculando su pasión por la Arquitectura al sector inmobiliario.
